Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. A lot of people know me on Instagram which is where I share my life from upwards to the downwards. At the age of 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents moved to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't exist today to share this life with the world. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I strived to be their proudest and had tunnel vision when it came to achievement. My mind could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Get married. Buy a house. Get kids. My plan for success was to go to university to graduate, then get an executive job. I would then marry then buy a house, and then have children. Life had other ideas. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status didn't bring me happinessIt was like I was wasting my life away to earn a living even though I knew I was meant for more. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people when I was navigating my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. There are very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. My goal is to become a catalyst in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. I also strive to empower people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the lesson we need, even when we don't realize that it is there. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her passing. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a feeling of vitality and awareness. It's like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. As I share the story of my journey, it's with the intention that people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not uncommon. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at the highest level and not have regrets in your final days. The death of a person is the only assurance in this life.
